A mobile bar is a bar that can conveniently come to you. We retrofitted a horse trailer to an industrial bar that comes fully equipped with everything a bar needs. Our trailer comes fully equipped with a ice well, cooler, three-compartment sink for washing, A/C and electrical so we can be available any time during the day or night or even in the middle of summer.
Henry, our mobile bar, is a perfect option to have the bar experience with your family and friends, whether it's for a birthday celebration, corporate event, or celebration at a venue.
In addition to the mobile bar, we now have Fitzgerald, our mobile bar cart which is perfect for smaller outdoor areas such as backyards or indoor spaces.
We are a full beverage caterer and dry hire bar which means we can provide for all of your beverage needs (fresh squeezed juices, mixers, garnishes, cups, ice, bartending tools, the staff, etc.), everything under the sun except the alcohol itself.
Due to Texas laws, we cannot provide liquor without a brick and mortar establishment. You or your venue must provide the alcohol. During our one-on-one event consultation, we will walk you through different cocktail options for your occasion. We will provide you with a full shopping guide so you know exactly how much alcohol to purchase for your event. We estimate approximately $3-$5 per person per hour in alcohol costs.
Our clients love the option of purchasing the alcohol themselves because they don't have to pay additional markups or overspend on liquor not consumed. They can choose their favorite brands of alcohol and keep anything that is left over when the event ends.

Yes! We love working with our clients to create a custom drink menu for their events! Tell us your party theme, celebration, or even favorite color, and we will curate specialized cocktail options for you and your guests.
Of course! Once you have saved your cart with your event details, we will calculate the correct amount of alcohol needed based on your guest count and hours of your event. We take the time to understand your guest's drinking preferences and use our alcohol calculator to determine the correct amount of alcohol you need so you don't overbuy or under purchase. This way you can also control the cost and buy the specific alcohol brands you prefer.
Yes, we would be happy to help create mocktail options for your event. A few of our previous mocktails have included blueberry mint lemonade, strawberry lemon prickly pear, and peach ginger ale. Please get in touch for more mocktail ideas.
Our mixer package includes a variety of sodas and juices for your event, ideal for serving standard mixed drinks Margaritas, Ranch Waters, Whiskey Cokes, Vodka Sodas, Beer, Wine, and Champagne.
The standard juices and sodas provided in our mixer package includes Topo Chico, Club Soda, Tonic Water, Cranberry Juice, Sweet & Sour, and Coke. Garnishes such as limes, lemons, oranges, and maraschino cherries are also available. You also have the option to add on premium mixers such as Ginger Beer or dehydrated fruit wheels.

Our bartending service is designed to offer a seamless experience to take the stress away from you, the host. We don't want you to forget anything on your important day like accidentally forget the cups or not have enough ice for serving or cooling.
As such, our bartending services is created to come with a full mixer package for standard mixed drink service, all the ice you need for your event, cups, napkins, cocktail straws, garnishes, professional TABC bartending staff, and general liquor liability insurance.

Yes! Tell us where you are located and we will be happy to travel to your event. Travel one way is calculated 30 miles one way from Downtown Houston. Any mileage beyond 30 miles one way is charged at $2/mile.
Prices are calculated per guest and vary depending on the cocktails desired to be served and the duration of your event. Our bartending package includes full mixer package for standard cocktails, ice, garnishes, bartending tools, and general liquor liability insurance. Per guest pricing ranges from $7 to $15 per person with the option to add signature cocktails plus staff cost.
Rental for mobile bar is $700. Bar cart rental is $350.

Henry, our mobile bar, is 8.5ft.' wide, 7ft.' long, and 10.5ft.' tall. We will be using an SUV to tow the trailer and require vehicle access to park the trailer.
Fitzgerald, our bar cart, is 2ft. wide, 4.5 ft. long, and 6 ft. tall. This mobile bar cart is the perfect option for indoor events or backyard celebrations.
We are happy to reschedule your events at no additional charge within 90 days of your event. Any rescheduled requests for events on dates that are considered prime (Friday, Saturday, or holidays), can be subject to a new booking at 25% deposit to reserve your new date.
We allow cancellations for a full refund of up to 90 days before the event. Unfortunately, due to high demand, we are only able to refund 50% of your deposit for events within 90 days that are not scheduled on high priority days such as Fridays, Saturdays, and Holidays. We will be happy to work with you to find another date that fits your schedule based on the availability of the mobile bar.

Unfortunately, due to high demand, we cannot allow cancellations due to rain. We understand the Houston weather can be unpredictable. In the event of rain, we will be happy to work with you or your vendor to find an appropriate size tent for our bar or we could include a tent option for an additional cost. If there is categorical hurricane or tropical storm, we will gladly help you find an available date to reschedule your event.

Yes! We carry general liability as well as liquor liability insurance to cover unforeseen events. We can also add your venue as an additionally insured under our policy.
