The mobile bar is a perfect option to have the bar experience with your family and friends, whether it's for your company event in the parking lot, in your neighborhood cul de sac, backyard, or at a private venue.
In addition to the mobile bar, we now have a mobile bar cart which is perfect for smaller spaces outdoors or inside.
We are a full beverage caterer and dry hire bar which means we can provide for all of your beverage needs (juices, mixers, garnishes, etc.) except the alcohol itself.
You, or your venue, must provide the alcohol. During our one-on-one event consultation with you, we will walk you through different cocktail options for your occasion. We will provide a full shopping guide for you so you know exactly how much alcohol to purchase for your event so it's never too little or too much.
Henry Poured Mobile Bar comes fully equipped with all your bar needs, from TABC-certified bartenders to bartending supplies, disposable glassware, eco-friendly straws, napkins, garnishes, general & liquor liabilty insurance and more. We also have add-on options to decorate the trailer with a beautiful balloon arrangement, decor, customized signage, and lights.

Yes! We love working with our clients to brainstorm a custom drink menu for their events! Tell us your party theme, celebration, or even favorite color, and we will curate specialized cocktail options for you.
Of course! Tell us how many people you expect at your event, the drinks you wish to serve, and we will calculate the correct amount of alcohol needed based on your guest count. Our alcohol calculator helps determine the right amount of alcohol you need so you don't overbuy or under purchase.

Yes! Tell us where you are located and we will be happy to travel to your event. Travel one way is calculated 30 miles one way from Downtown Houston. Any mileage beyond 30 miles one way is charged at $2/mile.
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation if the event is more the reservation is more than 90 days out from your event. If your event is within 90 days, a 50% deposit is required. The full amount of payment is due no less than two weeks before the event.
Payments are accepted via Square, PayPal, or Zelle.
We offer different packages and pricing options to cater to your occasion. Prices are calculated per guest and vary depending on the bar service package desired. Rental for mobile bar is $550 for half day with packages starting from $5 per guest.
Packages include beer and wine service only, standard mixer service, and mixer service + craft customized cocktail and corresponding mocktail.
We have both the mobile bar and mobile bar cart available for hire. Please inquire for additional information.
Henry, our mobile bar, is 8.5ft.' wide, 7ft.' long, and 10.5ft.' tall. We will be using an SUV to tow the trailer and require vehicle access to park the trailer.
Fitzgerald, our mobile bar cart, is 2ft. wide, 4.5 ft. long, and 6 ft. tall. This mobile bar cart is the perfect option for indoor events or backyard celebrations.
We are happy to reschedule your events at no additional charge within 60 days of your event. Any rescheduled requests for events on high priority dates (Friday, Saturday, or holidays) that are less than 60 days out, will require a new deposit booking at 25% to reserve your new date.
We allow cancellations for a full refund of up to 90 days before the event. Unfortunately, due to high demand, we are only able to refund 50% of your deposit for events within 90 days that are not scheduled on high priority days such as Fridays, Saturdays, and Holidays. We will be happy to work with you to find another date that fits your schedule based on the availability of the mobile bar. Please inquire for additional information on our cancellation policy.
Unfortunately, due to high demand, we do not allow cancellation for events due to rain. We will be happy to work with you to provide shade and coverage options at an additional cost for the smooth operation of your event. Please inquire for more details.
Yes! We carry general liability as well as liquor liability insurance to cover unforeseen events. We can also add your venue as an additionally insured under our policy.
